I know I said that I wouldn’t be writing for a few weeks because I’m so busy, but I just cracked myself up by writing a to do list for myself. For some reason, I planned five library programs over the next two weeks when I have all this stuff going on and will not be at work for two days. Classic Anna. Luckily, two of these programs (book club and a movie showing) have very little work associated with them, but regardless.
Let’s look at the list, shall we?
-Finish up library olympics programming: torch relay, CD discus toss, deleted book bowling, musical chairs with no elimination
-Send RA emails
-email people RE: tie dye
-Learn how to make tie dye
-print henna permission slips
-call henna people to make sure signed up esp. key program
-request movies for teen movie
Did you see that? It’s italicized. Only I would plan a program and then realize I don’t actually know what the heck I’m doing. Maybe other people/librarians have done this, too, but it just made me laugh so much. Again, classic Anna.
