  • Plan ongoing weekly active programming and monthly passive programming for teens, appealing to a wide range of interests and abilities
  • Conduct collection development for teen materials including books, audiobooks, DVDs, XBOX games, magazines, graphic novels, and manga
  • Maintain Young Adult subject booklists for patron and staff use
  • Manage the budget for teen programming events and collection materials
  • Create summer reading program complete with incentives and events
  • Work with librarians at local public schools to help support curriculum
  • Collaborate with a local hockey league to support a winter ice hockey and reading program
